by Mark Fortier. Born and raised in California, Mark
had his first taste of an authentic Philadelphia style cheesesteak
four years ago at the Fountain Valley Philly's Best - and he was
hooked. So, he retired form his career as Sales Manager and opened
the Garden Grove Philly's Best in October 2005. Mark knew fresh,
quality ingredients cooked and served with Philly
style would be a success in his area (West Garden
Grove, Cypress, Los Alamitos, and Seal Beach) - and he
